Thank you for your interest and for purchasing from our website. However, while we hope you are happy with our services and delivered product(s) there could be resons for your to regret your purchase.

ScanDix's return policy allows customers to cancel orders within 30-60 minutes after purchase. If the purchase has exceeded 60 minutes, customers can no longer cancel the order, including pre-approved payments.

In all cases where you wish to cancel or change your purchase, you can and must contact us immediately.
