ScanDix is always glad to help our customers and give advice on all software solutions. Usually, requests, whether for more information, quotes, or product support, we will most likely need to share links to pages, products, downloads, etc. We will most likely also need your e-mail address. Please keep in mind that if you choose to call us, it might be a bit complicated to share this information without sending you an e-mail. Spelling and explaining e-mails, downloading links, informational pages, and PDF files are primarily impossible over the phone. We therefore strongly recommend that you contact us via e-mail using our contact form or quote request form.

How can I Register and log in?

First of all, customers will register on ScanDix and log in to our website (Customers can find it on the Home page). Then customers can find personal information, master data,
possibly CVR and EAN number in the customer centre. It will help you get quick readers and other options.

Product support and technical assistance

ScanDix provides regular product support. Customers can read more about the available products on the " Support " page. Usually, the license will be offered by the manufacturer.
